These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and agreements between Sizzle Digital (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients, visitors, or users (“you,” “your”).

By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or signing a project contract, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Scope of Our Services

Sizzle Digital provides a wide range of digital marketing and technology solutions, including but not limited to:

 

  • Website design & development.

  • Branding & creative design.

  • Search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Social media management.

  • Content marketing & copywriting.

  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Email marketing & automation.

  • Business automation & integration.

  • Advanced & custom tech development.

  • Digital PR & reputation management.

 

Additional services may be offered, and all will be governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate and timely information required to complete projects.

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

  • Respect agreed payment schedules.

  • Provide access to accounts, platforms, or third-party tools when necessary.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies (Google, Meta, etc.).

 

Failure to provide requested information on time may affect project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All projects begin after receiving an agreed deposit or full payment.

  • Invoices are issued with clear payment deadlines.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

  • Pricing for services may vary based on project complexity, campaign size, or customization.

  • All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • If a project is canceled before completion, we reserve the right to bill for work already completed.

  • For ongoing retainers or subscriptions, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Refunds on digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are subject to platform policies.

5. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each project includes a defined number of revisions (specified in the proposal or contract).

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  • Once a deliverable is approved (design, content, strategy), further changes may be considered new work.

6. Timelines & Project Delivery

  • We provide estimated delivery timelines for all projects.

  • Timelines depend on client responsiveness, feedback, and provision of materials.

  • Delays caused by clients (e.g., late feedback or missing information) may extend project timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients own the rights to final deliverables (websites, designs, content, etc.).

  • Sizzle Digital retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Pre-existing intellectual property (templates, frameworks, code libraries) remains the property of Sizzle Digital.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • We may integrate or use third-party services (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Mailchimp, AWS, etc.).

  • Clients agree to comply with the terms of these third-party providers.

  • We are not liable for downtime, policy changes, or technical issues from third-party tools.

9. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

 

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

  • We will not share or misuse client data, strategies, or trade secrets.

  • Clients agree not to share proprietary methods or internal processes without consent.

  • We may feature completed projects in case studies, portfolios, and marketing showcases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may request restrictions if confidentiality is required.

12. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

 

  • Sizzle Digital may suspend or terminate services for:

    • Non-payment.

    • Breach of these Terms.

    • Illegal or unethical requests.

13. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

  • We guarantee professional and timely delivery of services.

  • However, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google ranking, viral campaigns) unless explicitly stated.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, business interruptions, or third-party platform failures.

14. Support & Maintenance

  • Websites and systems may include a support period (e.g., 30 – 90 days) for bug fixes.

  • Long-term support, maintenance, or campaign management may be available via retainer packages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
